Urja Career Academy is an organisation dedicated to advancing the state of awareness and preparedness of aspirants of a career in defence services. The organisation inspires young enthusiasts to follow three stages in any walk of life and those three stages as described in the motto : Dream, Believe, Build.

The group has commenced its operations from Nashik and intends to expand nationwide sustainably. It is administered by experienced professionals and also expert veterans of Indian Defence Services including all the three services ie. Army, Navy and Airforce. It intends to work in alignment with the National Education Policy 2020.

Urja Career Academy wants to collaborate with likeminded organisation and together make organised centers for awareness, coaching, and preparation of aspirants for entrance examination service. The academy has its vision statement as mentioned bellow.
